承先啟後學校往績作為甄選專業發展的準則。透過共同備課、集體觀課、評課、教學經驗分享以及聯校教師專業發展等互動活動來優化課堂教學效能。促進校內外的協作交流文化以及善用社區資源的專業培訓活動來提升教師的專業能量。 

Our school’s assessment criteria for professional development is built upon the concept of ‘striving for excellence’ where we use the best of the past to build for the future. Activities where teachers interact are used including collaborative lesson planning, observations, class evaluations, teaching experience sharing and joint-school professional development programs. These all contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of learning and teaching. Through embracing a collaborative culture among schools, utilising community resources and joining professional training activities, teachers can succeed in enhancing their professionalism.
