學生支援 – 耀能、社工

本校已參與由社會福利署(後稱「社署」)資助,香港耀能協會(後稱「耀能」)提供的「到校學前康復服務試驗計劃」。

耀能會派出專業團隊(包括社工、特殊幼兒教師、言語治療師、職業治療師等),到本校為有特殊需要的學童提供所需的評估及訓練,費用全免。

按社署規定,服務對象必須為現正輪候社署資助學前康復服務(即早期教育及訓練中心、幼稚園暨幼兒中心兼收計劃、及特殊幼兒中心)之學童。符合資格學童的家長必須由社署作資格審查及輪候。

Our school participate in the “On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services”(project) of The Spastics Association of Hong Kong (SAHK) which is subsidized by Social Welfare Department.

SAHK have a professional team included social worker、special education teacher、Speech therapy and Occupational therapy, providing free on-site evaluation and training for the special educational needs children.

According to the regulations of Social Welfare Department, the eligibility for service must be already register for pre-school Rehabilitation Services (Early Education and Training Centre、Integrated Programme in Kindergarten-cum-Child Care Centre and Special Child Care Centre). Social Welfare Department will examine the children who are eligible to the service.

本園於2018年開始,與香港家庭福利會合作推行「小荳芽駐園社工計劃」。

香港家庭福利會乃本港主要提供 家庭及兒童服務 的非牟利機構,本著「以家為本」的服務理念,致力為香港不同階層的家庭及其成員提供一站式高質素的專業 社會服務。

「小荳芽駐園社工計劃」透過個案輔導、幼兒小組活動、家長小組或講座、教師培訓及專業轉介等介入途徑,為幼童及其家庭提供預防及發展性服務,致力為有需要的家庭提供適時支援,強化家庭功能,亦為教職員提供身、心支援服務。

We promote ‘Nurturing Seeds’ Kindergarten Social Work Service with The Hong Kong Family Welfare Society (HKFWS) since 2018. HKFWS is one of the major charitable non-governmental social welfare organizations in Hong Kong, takes a family-centric perspective, providing high quality and professional services to help people improve their lives, and to strength and support family wellbeing.

‘Nurturing Seeds’ Kindergarten Social Work Service provide preventive and developmental services to child and family through case counseling, group activities for children, parent talk, teacher cultivation and professional referral. Aim to provide appropriate assistance to the family with needed、strengthen the family function and to provide physical and mental supporting service for teachers.
