Teachers’ Development

Our school’s assessment criteria for professional development is built upon the concept of “striving for excellence” where we use the best of the past to build for the future. Interactive activities are carried out to optimise our educational efficiency, including collaborative lesson planning, observations, class evaluations, teaching experience sharing and joint-school professional development programs. We also embrace a collaborative culture among schools, simultaneously utilise community resources to run training campaigns for the enhancement of teachers’ professionalism.
