Means of application:

How to get an application form?

1. In person
2. By post. Please send us a mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a HK$40 cheque       (application fee).
3. Download application form our website. Complete the application form and affix 2 recent photos of the applicant, together with the following documents and mail / bring in person to us.

• A photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the applicant
• A photocopy of Immunization Record (Both cover and inner page)
• Two recent passport size photos (please affix to application form)
• 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes
• Application fee of HK$40.00 (if pay by cheque, please make it payable to 「 St. Monica’s Kindergarten W/B The Hong Kong Foliage Association Limited」)

How to complete my application?

You can hand in your application form:

   A) Completed application form
   B) Affix 2 recent photos of the applicant
   C) A photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the applicant
   D) A photocopy of Immunization Record (Both cover and inner page)
   E) 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes
   F) Application fee of HK$40.00 (if payment by cheque, please make it payable to「 St. Monica’s Kindergarten W/B The Hong Kong Foliage Association Limited」)

G)If you register through the online registration system, parents are requested to deposit the registration fee into the Bank of East Asia account (015-167-40020172) of the school. Please indicate the student’s name on the deposit slip.

 

We will send applicants a confirmation letter after we received you application.

A written notice about the registration and reservation procedures will be sent if we accept your application;

Our school is a local, non-profit kindergarten under the KG Education Scheme.

Please attend the interview with your child according to the listed date and time and bring along the confirmation letter.

We will send you a letter of result after the interview ,no matter the applicant is accepted or not.

All the documents from the rejected applicants will be destroyed within one year after the application.
