Doubt)\u3002\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u8655\u7406\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u5b69\u5b50\u56e0\u60c5\u7dd2\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u7981\u6b62\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u5426\u5b9a\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u8981\u5354\u52a9\u5e7c\u5152\u63a7\u5236\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u53ef\u53c3\u8003\u4ee5\u4e0b\u516d\u62db\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6a21\u4eff\u7236\u6bcd\u8868\u9054\u61a4\u6012<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u61a4\u6012\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\uff0c\u7236\u6bcd\u4e5f\u6709\u3002\u7576\u5b69\u5b50\u5617\u8a66\u8868\u9054\u5176\u61a4\u6012\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u6642\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6703\u4ee5\u7236\u6bcd\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u6a21\u4eff\u7684\u5c0d\u8c61\u3002\u7576\u7236\u6bcd\u5c0d\u5b69\u5b50\u61a4\u6012\uff0c\u6216\u7236\u6bcd\u4e4b\u9593\u722d\u5435\u7b49\uff0c\u5b69\u5b50\u6703\u4ee5\u6b64\u7b49\u884c\u70ba\u4f5c\u70ba\u8868\u9054\u53ca\u63a7\u5236\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53c3\u8003\uff08Bandura, 1977\uff09\u3002\u7236\u6bcd\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u722d\u5435\u3001\u60e1\u610f\u5632\u8af7\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u63d0\u5347\u5b69\u5b50\u5c0d\u61a4\u6012\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5e72\u64fe\u4e86\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u767c\u5c55\uff08Cummings, Pellegrini, Notarius, &amp; Cummings, 1989\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u60f3\u6e1b\u5c11\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\uff0c\u5e7c\u5152\u63a7\u5236\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u7236\u6bcd\u5f97\u5148\u7559\u610f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u76f8\u8655\u4e4b\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u898b\u62db\u62c6\u62db\u30006\u62db\u52a9\u5e7c\u5152\u638c\u63a7\u60c5\u7dd2<\/p>\n<p>\u9084\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5354\u52a9\u5e7c\u5152\u63a7\u5236\u60c5\u7dd2\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u61a4\u6012\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u5462\uff1fBerkowitz \u53ca Thompson \u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5efa\u8b70(Berkowitz, 1973; Thompson, 1990)\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u5ffd\u7565\u6709\u5192\u72af\u6027\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff1a\u82e5\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u5f97\u5230\u67d0\u6a23\u7279\u5b9a\u7269\u4ef6\uff08\u5982\u73a9\u5177\uff09\uff0c\u7236\u6bcd\u4e0d\u61c9\u56e0\u70ba\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u800c\u7d66\u4e88\u6eff\u8db3\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u56e0\u5176\u884c\u70ba\u800c\u7d66\u4e88\u8cac\u7f70\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u4f5c\u56de\u61c9\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60c5\u7dd2\u89d2\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff1a\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u8a2d\u4e00\u5b89\u975c\u3001\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u523a\u6fc0\u6216\u5438\u5f15\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u8b93\u5b69\u5b50\u5b89\u975c\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u7576\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\uff0c\u6216\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e0d\u6070\u7576\u884c\u70ba\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u6392\u5b69\u5b50\u5728\u60c5\u7dd2\u89d2\u5b89\u975c\u4e00\u4e0b\u3002\u9019\u672a\u5fc5\u7b49\u5982\u8cac\u5099\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8b93\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u53ef\u4ee5\u8212\u7de9\uff0c\u60c5\u6cc1\u5c31\u5982\u4fbf\u6025\u9700\u8981\u4e0a\u5ec1\u6240\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u9019\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u5982\u679c\u904b\u7528\u6070\u7576\uff0c\u7576\u5b69\u5b50\u65e5\u5f8c\u6709\u60c5\u7dd2\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u5c31\u6703\u8dd1\u5230\u60c5\u7dd2\u89d2\u53bb\u8212\u7de9\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u5e7c\u5152\u63a7\u5236\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u559a\u9192\u8207\u61a4\u6012\u4e0d\u76f8\u5bb9\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u5982\u5c0d\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u7684\u540c\u60c5\u5fc3\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u6e1b\u5c11\u63a5\u89f8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u89f8\u52d5\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u6216\u4e8b\u7269\uff1a\u7576\u5b69\u5b50\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u81ea\u6211\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u524d\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u4e5f\u5373\u7b49\u540c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u7236\u6bcd\u8207\u5b50\u5973\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u885d\u7a81\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u89e3\u91cb\u5176\u884c\u70ba\u7684\u5f8c\u679c\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5be9\u8996\u5f15\u8d77\u5e7c\u5152\u767c\u813e\u6c23\u7684\u8d77\u56e0\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>(DevelopmentThrough Life, Barbara M.
